    Bishop Malesic is a co-signer with two Catholic bishops and a Lutheran bishop to the letter "Lutherans and Catholics on the Way in Southwestern Pennsylvania," which outlines the regional observance of the 500th anniversary of the Reformation. The letter includes the schedule of events and a list of resources. 

    Closing Event
    “Lutheran-Catholic Commemoration of Hope” will be held October 28 at Saint Vincent College with keynote speaker Dr. John Borelli, special assistant for Catholic Identity and Dialogue to the president of Georgetown University. The program begins at 9:00 a.m. and closes with a prayer service in St. Vincent Basilica.
